Creating and maintaining a CLIA certified laboratory comes with its fair share of regulations, and with the requirements of being in and maintaining compliance, it can be over-whelming. QCLC has over 30 years of experience in complete laboratory logistics ranging from small to large laboratories and waived to complex testing laboratories. Our members include former Federal CLIA Compliance Officers, Laboratory Managers and Supervisors, and Medical Technologists.

The company was started in an effort to aid laboratories and Laboratory Directors in correcting compliance issues and maintaining compliance thereafter. Our compliance officers witnessed first-hand (through federal/state sanctions and enforcements), how laboratories and Laboratory Directors were falling through the cracks with laboratory compliance issues. Some compliance issues were small and some compliance issues were large, but none the less, fixable. With the combined knowledge and experience of our staff, the team here at QCLC are well versed in CLIA, CAP, COLA, TJC (The Joint Commission) and State/Federal Regulations to resolve any non-compliance issues that a laboratory encounters.
